SCF series two-stage without sieve hammer crusher (special for wet material)

The materials such as coal gangue, coal cinder and shale can be used as addition material or stored fuel; coal gangue and shale can be used in producing standard brick or air brick. But crushing these materials is a big problem for brick factory, especially crushing wet materials. We manufactured this new crusher for solving this problem; two-stage grinder can crush the materials with high moisture such as coal gangue, coal cinder and shale easily. It is suitable for crushing materials such as ore, coal gangue, coal cinder, shale etc. The highest anti-pressure of the material shall not exceed 150MPA. Widely used in brick factory or coking plant for fine crushing of the wet materials.

1、工作原理

互相串連的兩套轉子，反向旋轉，使上級轉子未擊碎的物料立即被飛速旋轉的下級轉子的錘頭再次細碎，內腔物料相互飛速碰撞，相互粉碎，達到錘粉料，料粉料的效果，粉狀物料直接卸出。

1. Operating Principle

There are two rotors rotate reversely. The material will be crushed by the first rotor, and then uncrushed material will drop to the next high speed rotating rotor, the material will be crushed for another time by the hammer driven by the rotor. The materials in the cavity impact with each other with high speed, the final crushed material will be discharged directly.

2、性能特點

（1）雙轉子上下兩級粉碎，易於粉碎物料。

（2）沒有篩網蓖底，高濕物料，絕不堵塞；機器晴天雨天均可使用。

（3）耐磨組合錘頭，高合金耐磨錘頭。錘頭錘柄組合使用，隻換錘頭，不換錘柄。

（4）獨特的移位調隙技術。錘頭磨損後不需修複，移動位置反複使用，一副錘頭可頂三副錘頭使用。

（5）液壓手動啟動機殼。隻要一人即可輕鬆啟閉，不僅輕巧快捷，且安全可靠，便於維修。

（6）出料量大，出料粒度在3mm以下，2mm顆粒所占比例可以達到80%以上。

2. Features

(1) Double rotors make it easy to grind materials.

(2) There is no sieve in the bottom, so the moisture of materials is unlimited and even materials with high moisture would not block. And the machine can work both in sunny and rainy days.

(3) High alloy durable hammer combines with hammer handle. Just replace the hammer when the hammer wears out, no need to replace the hammer handle.

(4) Unique shift adjustable gap technique. When the hammer is abraded, just move it to another place for use, every hammer can be used for three times.

(5) Manual operation with hydraulic press make it easy to turn on and off just by one person. It is convenient and safe, easy to maintain.

(6) The output is of large amount, and the granularity of the discharged materials is bellow 3mm and granularity bellow 2mm would be more than 80%.
